MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tony has a Master of Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Manchester, Incorporated Engineer in the Institute of Civil Engineers. Experience in groundworks and construction of bridge and tunnels. Joined En Tout Cas Tennis Courts Ltd in 2013 to head the third generation of Shepherd's  leadership. 

CHAIRMAN
Rory Shepherd joined En Tout Cas in 1974 on their apprenticeship scheme before taking a National Diploma in Construction. Founder and Managing Director of Anglia and Midland Sport Surfaces Ltd from 1979 till present. Chairman of En Tout Cas Tennis Courts Ltd since 2010.

ESTIMATOR & TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
Tom has been with En Tout Cas Tennis Courts Ltd for over 10 years. He holds a Master of Civil Engineering Degree from Manchester University and has previous experience in building schools, hospitals and groundworks. 

MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Stephen has over 20 years experience in cleaning and maintenance of Tennis Court and sport surfaces. He now heads up our three site maintenance teams.

OFFICE MANAGER
Michael has been working with Rory Shepherd for over 30 years. He controls all materials and plant ordering and general management duties.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Lisa hasour accounts manager for over 7 years.

LOGISTICS MANAGER
William has been with En Tout Cas Tennis Courts Ltd for over 10 years. He is in control of plant and machinery movement. He also runs our fleet of HGV vehicles.

GROUNDWORKS FOREMAN
Charlie has over 30 years experience in groundworks. He has been with En Tout Cas Tennis Courts Ltd for over 20 years.
